What it watches
Your equipment stays as it is. A small computer on the site’s network reads it, or a gateway you already have sends its readings in. Read only, always: nothing here can change a setting.
UPS and backup power
Any UPS with a network card that speaks the standard UPS MIB (APC, Eaton, Vertiv Liebert, CyberPower): on battery or not, charge, minutes left, load, and its own alarms. Telecom cabinets with ICT power supplies and inverters, and Victron systems.
On battery is an alarm by itself.
Coolers and freezers
Temperatures from sensors on the site’s network or a gateway, with an alarm when one is too warm for too long. Every reading kept, to download for your food-safety log.
Generators
Controllers that speak Modbus, read from the controller’s register list: running or ready, hours, battery, faults. Kohler (Rehlko) APM603, Generac PowerZone Pro and Deep Sea controllers among them.
Power and energy
Commercial solar inverters, meters and batteries that speak SunSpec, found by themselves. Any power meter with a Modbus register list: Schneider PowerLogic, Accuenergy Acuvim, Eaton Power Xpert, Siemens PAC, EIG Shark, Elkor, DENT.
Tanks and water
Tank gauges and flow meters with Modbus, or a gateway that sends their levels in. Fuel and propane tank services on request.
Server rooms
Room Alert, AKCP sensorProbe and Geist Watchdog monitors over SNMP: temperature, humidity, water on the floor, doors.

Alarms that reach someone
Set an alarm on any reading: over, under, or at a value, for as many minutes as you like, as a warning or critical. A device that stops answering is one too.
It happens
A critical alarm goes to the first person on call by email and text, whatever their quiet hours.

After the minutes you choose, the next person on the list, and so on down it.

A small computer on site
A Windows PC on the site’s network reads each device over Modbus TCP or SNMP and sends the readings out. We quote it with the setup.
A gateway you already have
Teltonika routers, Node-RED, Advantech WISE and other gateways can send their readings straight in, with the site’s own key.
The maker’s cloud
Monnit, Samsara, Airthings for Business, Temp Stick, eGauge and others: built when a customer has one.

The site computer: simple or advanced
The small computer on site reads your equipment and reports it in. Two ways to run it, and the advanced one is what makes a site you can’t watch closely far more robust.

Reads each device over Modbus and SNMP and sends the readings out, live. A fanless, silent mini-computer, set up and shipped by us. All you need when the site’s internet is steady.

Everything the simple one does, plus on-site storage: a dropped connection or a power blip never leaves a gap in your food-safety or compliance log, it catches the monitor up the moment it’s back. More power for a bigger site.
Already have a PC on site? Run our software on it instead for $8 a month or $79 a year, kept updated and supported the same way. Either box is set up and linked to your account before it ships, with the first year of updates and support included.

One price per site. Every price is the same number in US or Canadian dollars, so Canadians pay in CAD, about 30% less. Pay monthly, or yearly and get two months free.
