My Monitor, under your name.
For solar, off-grid and heating installers. Your clients get My Monitor with your name, logo and colour on it, and your phone number when they need help. You’re their first call, and for that you earn 25% of what they pay.
How it works
It’s all automatic: sign up, and your portal, your brand and your share are set up straight away. No contract and nothing to buy.
You’re the first call
You know your clients’ equipment, so their app and alert emails send them to you for help. Stoll Design runs the monitor and backs you up; we don’t take your clients’ calls.
You earn 25%
25% of everything your clients pay for My Monitor, after sales tax and the card fee: their plans, their own address, setup, training and visits. AI credit packs aren’t included.

Your clients pay us
They sign up and pay Stoll Design directly, by card through Stripe, at our usual prices. Their second property and every one after it is half price. You never bill or chase anyone.
Paid monthly
Your share builds up in your portal. At the end of each month, if it’s $100 or more, it goes to your bank account through Stripe. Under $100, it carries on to the next month.
Want it sooner? Take it early from your portal for Stripe’s payout fee (0.25% + $0.25) plus $1.50.
Every payment, in full
Your portal shows a full income statement: each payment by client, the tax, the card fee, your share, payouts and fees, with the running balance. Download it as a spreadsheet for your books.
3 new properties a year
Add at least 3 new properties a year, up and running, counted from the day you join. With fewer, at the end of that year your clients become Stoll Design’s clients directly and the commission on them stops. Their monitors keep working as before, and anything you’ve earned is still paid out.
What your clients see
Type your company’s name and pick a colour: this is how My Monitor looks to your clients. In your portal you also add your logo, your help email and, if you like, your own address, such as monitor.yourcompany.ca.
